Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we can install and configure FileAgo in your server for a one-time additional fees of $100. The server should be setup as per the requirements mentioned in the documentation for production install, and we will require ssh access into the server.

Do you offer managed FileAgo servers?

Although not advertised on the website (yet), we offer fully managed FileAgo servers if requested.

I just made a payment. How long will it take to receive my license key?

The license key is generated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. You should be able to access your license key from the members area.

How do you handle payments and subscriptions?

We do not store your credit card details with us. All payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle - a trusted and secure payment system. This allows us to accept payments using all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to make payments every month manually?

When you sign up for a plan, a subscription is automatically created for you, meaning that further payments (monthly or annual) will happen automatically without any intervention from your end.

What if I want to make my future payments using another card?

You can modify a subscription's payment details from the members area. You will be redirected to Paddle's page where you set these details.
