With FileAgo, users can distribute files and folders to colleagues within the organization using two methods:
Send a Copy: Duplicate a file or folder and make it available to another user or group, allowing them to access it independently.
Collaborative Access: Grant direct access to the original resource for collaborative work. Permissions such as read, write, download, and delete can be configured per user or group.
Admins or resource owners can set expiry dates, ensuring that access is revoked automatically after a defined period. This maintains control over how long internal users can work on or view a file.
Only users with appropriate permissions are allowed to enable internal access for collaboration, maintaining a secure and accountable workflow.
For working with clients, vendors, or external stakeholders, FileAgo supports secure external access — allowing specific files or folders to be made available via encrypted links sent directly to email IDs.

Download Control – Enable or restrict the ability to download the content.
One-Time View/Download – Automatically expire the link after a single access or download.

External access can only be enabled by users who have been granted the rights to do so — ensuring that sensitive documents do not leave the organization without oversight.
FileAgo’s integration with Collabora Online and Microsoft O365 enables seamless real-time editing, commenting, and version tracking — all within the browser. Multiple users can work on the same document simultaneously, eliminating the need to download or email files back and forth.
