Direct Sales Manager - Govt


FileAgo Software Private Limited is looking for highly skilled Direct Sales Managers in New Delhi to handle businesses from Government departments.

Responsibilities
  • Bring new customers on board & maintain relationship with the existing client for more business, and sending email of FileAgo product details
  • Understand customer requirement & bring business needs from within Government departments via tendering process
  • Co-ordinate with other Team & management team to deliver & meet customer expectations
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the Tech Team & Management of Government departments
  • Co-ordinate with internal sales personnel for appointment & maximize sales opportunity
  • Manage funnels, forecast and seize sales opportunities
  • Drive & manage sales & marketing campaigns with Inside team
Experience
  • BE, B Tech, IT Bachelor's degree experience
  • Minimum of 6 to 7 years of progressive experience in Government Sales roles
  • Proven experience in Government Sales roles along with Tendering, RFQ and other Government policy
  • Strong knowledge about Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management
